Property Loan Scheme
Avail of an All-Purpose loan against mortgage of any of your property. We offer you these loans at all Branches.

Purpose
Any Business or Personal Purpose.

Eligibility
You are eligible if you are member of the Bank :
A. An individual who is;
a. An Employee or
b. A Professional, self-employed or an income tax assesse or
c. Engaged in agricultural and allied activities.


Margin
We will finance upto 50% of the value of your property. However repayment capacity is considered while deciding loan amount.


Repayment
Maximum of 60 monthly installments, up to 120 months for salaried individuals. You could opt to divert any surplus funds towards prepayment of the loan without attracting any penalty. (Not applicable for loan take overs)

Security
As per banks extant instructions.

Appraisal Charges * @1 % of the Loan amount up to Rs.10 lac + 0.25% Above  10 Lac +ST as applicable
Legal Charges As per Bank Rules
Share Linkage for Borrower Un-secured Loans 5% of Loan Amount.
Mortgage & Hypothecation Loans 2.50% of Loan Amount.
Documents preparation charges As applicable
* - Exclusive of Service Tax  

Prerequisites :

Application form, Income proof & KYC norms in respect of the applicant(s) to be strictly followed.
Legitimate 'Ownership' of pledged 'Security' in the name(s) the Applicant(s) is to be substantiated, by appropriate Declaration / Affidavit.
